We are a pharmaceutical company based in the Middle East region producing according to GMP requirements.
Our products are focused on increasing health care hygiene in hospitals, medical clinics, and skincare. Our healthcare products contribute to our aim of a fine world.
We bring international experience in the pharmaceutical industry derived from Italy where our story in the pharmaceutical health care industry began 25 years ago. We contribute to maintaining the health of citizens through cooperation and a focus on our product manufacturing. We decided to expand our experience and greater our contribution to the healthcare field by establishing FINE healthcare, and building a manufacturing site in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
As a diverse and growing economy, the UAE provides a platform and gateway to vital business across the Middle East and elsewhere in the world. We see our products as partners in health care. Built primarily on our passion for people’s health, freeing them to live better, work better and enjoy life more.

Dr. Firas Razouk
GM / Co-Founder
More than 20 years in constructing strategic plan of the whole organization. Firas started with the global most reputable pharmaceutical manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), achieving strategic goals and sales target, as well as collaborating between the production and the marketing department through the lead of more than 250 subordinates.
Along with all, Firas is the lead supervisor who monitors all the factory departments (QA, QC, Production, warehouse) to assure everything is processing smoothly.
Mohammad Tarique
Production Manager
Experience in Production Management with a demonstrated history of working in the pharmaceuticals industry. Skilled in Pharmaceutical preparation, (Tablet, Capsules, Powder, DPS, Oral liquids and semisolid dosage form) Pharmaceutics, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Pharmacology, Good documentation Practices (GDP), water treatment system and Validation (Instrument & Process). Proficient in Process Improvement, Resource Management, all documentation/record maintenance, to ensure accuracy in Pharmaceutical Industry. Actively involved in internal and external audits. Excellent analytical relationship management, organizational and problem-solving skill.
Dr. Svitlana
Head of Qulaity Unit
B.Sc. of Pharmacy, MOH UAE Certificate Pharmacist, with 20+ years of experience, is a professional incharge of ensuring that all products meet required specifications for quality, function, safety and reliability prior to delivery. In addition, she helps to ensure compliance with standards, laws, regulations, and environmental standards, recommending improvements where necessary.
Dr. Svitlana is the responsible person for implementing and handling Quality Managements System, GMP, GDP, ISO; for coordination and support of internal and external audits. With strong leadership and teamwork skills she aims to build positive relationships between all team members.

Our commitment to healthcare in the community extends to responsibility for the environment. From the careful treatment of the water produced by our manufacturing plant to the way we handle waste, we work to ensure that no harm is done to the environment.
We collect the water produced and employ a private specialist company to treat it carefully, purifying the water and reducing the effects of environmental pollution during the production stages.
